Digital Strategy
Ensure solution strategy aligns with business strategy and the investment delivers and exceeds expected outcomes, so a platform decision is grounded in what the business actually needs, not what is currently trending.
Customer first and flexible. We invest the time to understand your business, then give you the strategic clarity to invest with confidence. Including when the honest answer is "not yet."
Engaged together as a full assessment, or individually where you already know which piece is missing.
Ensure solution strategy aligns with business strategy and the investment delivers and exceeds expected outcomes, so a platform decision is grounded in what the business actually needs, not what is currently trending.
Assess current state, user acceptance and benefits achieved. Lay out an improvement roadmap for near and long term, based on how the system is genuinely being used today.
Prepare or feed into the business case using our experience, AI frameworks and assistants, and tools like Microsoft Catalyst, giving you something concrete to take to budget holders, not just a recommendation.
Evaluate and recommend upgrade options based on current solution, challenges, new requirements and budget, so an upgrade decision is scoped against your actual constraints rather than a generic "always upgrade" default.
An assessment is only worth having if the people writing it are willing to tell you not to buy anything.
We assess before we recommend, and we will tell you when the right answer is to wait, not to buy.
Used alongside our own AI frameworks, rather than a generic strategy consulting template applied regardless of platform.
An Advisory engagement stands on its own. The recommendation is yours to act on however you choose.
Recommendations come from 20+ years of actually implementing Dynamics 365 and Power Platform, not from strategy alone.
Not just a single yes or no, but help deciding what to do first, second and later, rather than only what to do eventually.
Specific to the Advisory practice.
It scales with how much of the current estate needs reviewing and how many stakeholders and workflows the assessment covers. A focused Business Case engagement is a smaller, fixed scope piece of work; a full Solution Assessment across multiple systems takes longer. We scope this in an initial conversation rather than quoting a flat rate.
If you already know exactly what you want built, you can go straight to Implement. Advisory is the right starting point when you are not yet sure which platform, module, or sequencing is right, or when you need a business case to take to budget holders before committing.
Typically a written assessment of your current state, a roadmap sequencing near and long term priorities, and, where relevant, a business case document built to support an internal funding decision. What is included is scoped upfront so there is no ambiguity about the deliverable.
You get that answer, plainly, along with the reasoning and what would need to change for the timing to make sense. We would rather tell you to wait than sell you an engagement that is not the right fit yet. That is the basis the practice is built on.
